Jean Kellam -Baugh was born in Accmac Virgina to the late Claire Finny and Floyd Kellam. She later relocated to Newark, New Jersey, where she retired from the New Jersey Disabled Home For Soldiers in Edison, New Jersey. Our beloved mother passed away peacefully on October 26, 2021. Suvivors include her husband, Larry M. Baugh; children, James Kellam, Isacc Kellam, June Kellam and April Kellam-Hayes: 4 grandsons; a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.; siblings , James Kellam, George Kellam, Joan Johnson, Joyce Tyler, Alvin Kellam, Jacqueline Dennis. She was prceeded in death by her former husband, Douglas White and 3 brothers, David Kellam, Lawrence Kellam and John Kellam.
