James Tommie Crews, Jr. was born September 6, 1954 to the late James Tommie Crews (Rocky) and mother, Conean Mann Crews in Jacksonville, Florida, where he attended Jackson Senior High School. He was employed with Tri-State Contractors as an Industrial Painter Sandblaster rendering 25 years of dedicated service. James Tommie Crews, Jr. passed away March 6, 2021.He was preceded in death by his foster parents, Clinton and Madeleine Scott; sisters, Darlene and Pam; brothers, Ronnie and Jason; and his father-in-law, C. Jack Watson, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Nina Annette Crews of 36 years; son, Johnathan Trey; daughter, Nyna Lauren (Jerry James Thomas III); a number other relatives including his immediate family, Patsy, Sherrill, Beverly, Barbara, Janet, Amy, Terry, Bruce & David with many nephews, nieces, aunts, cousins, in-laws and many friends. Entombment will be held at Canaday Cemetery, Moniac, Georgia at a later date. Please contact the family for more information.
